This notice has been prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK) to explain how the personal data you share through the reservation form on this site is processed. The Turkish text is the original; this is a translation.

Data we collect

When you fill in the reservation form we receive:

Your name and surname
Your phone number
Your e-mail address (if you give it)
Your preferred date, the type of event and the number of children
Your message (if you write one)
The time you sent the form and your IP address

We do not ask for special data such as your children's names or health information. Please do not write such information in the message field.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your data only to consider your reservation request, to call you to settle the date and the details, and to plan your celebration. The IP address is recorded to prevent misuse of the form.

The legal basis for this processing, under Article 5(2) of the KVKK, is that it is necessary for entering into a contract, together with the legitimate interest of the data controller. When you send the form you also confirm that you have read this notice.

We do not use your data for marketing.

Retention period

We keep the personal data in reservation requests for 24 months. When that period ends, your name, phone number, e-mail address, message and IP address are deleted from the records automatically.

Transfers

Your data is stored only on the servers of the company that hosts this site. Your reservation request is also forwarded to our business e-mail inbox so that we can get back to you. Beyond that your data is not shared with anyone and is not sold.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed
Request information about it if it is
Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose
Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred
Ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or wrong
Ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions set out in the law
Ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred
Object to a result against you that arises from analysis of the data by automated systems alone
Claim compensation if you suffer damage because the data was processed unlawfully
